What a dream come true! Being a part of the team opening Museum of Ice Cream a in NYC's meatpacking district has been one of our most fun projects to date. Creating food experiences to match the playful interactive installations at MOIC (sprinkle pool! chocolate fountain!) we've presented edible helium filled balloons and a taste experiment playing with the notion of an ice cream shop meets an art installation meets a taste experiment. With 30,000+ guests over the month of August coming through we're excited to see how this project grows in the future. Stay tuned!
