What a dream come true! Being a part of the team opening Museum of Ice Cream a in NYC's meatpacking district has been one of our most fun projects to date. Creating food experiences to match the playful interactive installations at MOIC (sprinkle pool! chocolate fountain!) we've presented edible helium filled balloons and a taste experiment playing with the notion of an ice cream shop meets an art installation meets a taste experiment. With 30,000+ guests over the month of August coming through we're excited to see how this project grows in the future. Stay tuned!

Food Loves Tech 2016 | NYC

Future Food Studio worked with Vayner Media and Edible Magazine to create the first edition of Food Loves Tech. Launching with #makefuturefood, a food tech re-imagination series, with a judging panel that included Gary Vaynerchuck, Marcus Samuelsson, and Google food - Food Loves Tech was designed to be a platform to engage the public on the transformations happening right now in food, from how it's made and transformed to how we experience eating and imagine it tomorrow. As Creative Director, Future Food Studio Founder Dr. Irwin Adam, curated a series of installations that explored the intersection of food and technology. Over two days thousands of guests explored and engaged with the makers, thinkers, and doers across this 20,000 sqft expo.
